Liposomal DHA: what are the health benefits?
Diet is the main source of nutrients for the body. Unfortunately, certain minerals, vitamins or acids are not present in sufficient quantities in the diet, especially in modern diets. DHA, what are we talking about?
The importance of omega-3 on health is no longer in doubt. But for the body, DHA is the most useful omega-3 for its functioning. Liposomal DHA, what's that?
Offered in liposomal form, DHA is all the more effective in maintaining cognitive functions. In fact, liposomes, as their name suggests, are microvesicles made up of two layers of phospholipids. This double layer contains within it the active product that is DHA.
